I went down to The Whole Enchilada for my lunch break. The two people working there we very nice and my food was ready very quickly. The place had only three customers so since it had been slow I could tell they had been cleaning. The place looked wonderful.
The Whole Enchilada is advertised as a healthy option. While I do agree that you will be getting healthier food here compared to most other Mexican restaurants, it isn't exactly "healthy". It pretty much depends on what you order and precisely how healthy you want your food to be.
It was difficult for me to find something healthy enough but it didn't stop me from ordering, I simply ate a very healthy dinner that night. I had a grilled chicken caesar wrap (minus the dressing). The lettuce, chicken, and beans were the main ingredients and it was a lovely combo. The serving was too large for me to finish so ordering more than one item, IMO, is completely out of the question.
The Whole Enchilada is on the way to the beach so it's actually not a bad alternative to "fast food" if you are looking for something quick but better than a happy meal. -

I'm a first-timer, who stopped in without checking the reviews. Maybe the empty parking lot should have been a key on a Saturday night at 6:30 pm. I ordered the Mexican fish tacos from the specialty menu. Unfortunately the counter agent tried to be helpful, however we seem to be annoying her that we came in at this hour. Needless to say fish tacos were underwhelming as was the accompanying rice and beans. When I asked for a side of pico de gallo, I continued with disappointment. When the employee knocked over a stack of to-go bowls and Lids all over the kitchen floor and stacked them up and put them to be used, I decided to throw my dinner out. That's $12 I'll never get back. And I'm One customer they will never get back.

Threw food in the garbage. Not even fit for a dog! Tried twice to give them benefit of the doubt, both times TERRIBLE

Tried this place 2 times and was not happy either time. The staff is nice which is why it gets two stars but the food is seriously bland as hell. Barely any flavor and there's never cars parked here I don't know how they stay in business truthfully
